No woman could do anything like this

I have heard about Madame as a singular woman of science. Fortunate enough to be friends with Voltaire, and alive pre-Enlightenment, she thrived in the circles and salons of the day in France. Madame du Chtelet most likely would have been a prodigy if she had been born a man. She had to settle for second best, which for time of world, wasn’t too unfortunate. The idea of ANYONE translating the Principia boggles the mind. To do so while performing her duties as a married woman and mother, could make us turn off our computers, never read another book, and contemplate the facts of her life. Astounding!

Is she serene because she's on Science?
