Sort of reminds me of the starnosed-mole.
However based on how the Trumpster behaves and what we have found out about him ovr the campaign these may be a more apt likeness.
Doing a bit of research on the Trumpster after watching “trumped”, a documentary about his wanting to build a golf course in Scotland. You could have used his presidential campaign to replace how he acted in the documentary without skipping a beat. Same words. Same comments. Same whining temperament. Quite frightening
As sergeant Schultz might say on hearing this, We know nothing. Nothing!
And yet here we are with Trump. We all certainly needed a shakeup. But Trump?
It’s a rainy, blustery Sat., and apparently I have way too much time on hand! As the Donald would say, I’m not violent. It doesn’t mean anything. I’m the most peaceful non violent person ever! Believe me! No one’s more peaceful than me!
OK. Now where’s all that time I had… hmmm… somewhere around here…
Finally a conservative rag calling Trump what he isn’t, a real candidate.
I think the average reading level for US citizens is around 4th or 5th grade.
At any rate, food for thought as we ponder some rather significant questions affecting our culture and the world.
Apparently, there was a meeting prior to this rally (it sounds like this is a regular occurence) where Trump asked PUBLIC POLICE and his private security to remove troublemakers (for Trump, protesters are troublemakers, not exercising their rights). This is outrageous!
Police, publicly funded by tax payer money, should be protecting rights, not pretecting Trump. Either he uses govt. money or not. Apparently it’s okay for him to use public money, but those on subsidies are worthless lazy scum.
On the past yokels, fringe lunatics had a following. They brought issues to the fore but they faded as folks realized the stupidity of them. Trump is so far beating the odds. I’m not saying other candidates are speaking and that anything would change. The electorate right now seems enamored of the idea we need to fall back to the 1950s when US was everything.
Because many think Trump is successful, despite his bankruptcies (a social benefit he drives from his wealth)
they think running the govt as a business will fix it all. My answer is to lengthy for here but I saw one poll I think explains in part Trumps success. People want their govt to protect them from terrorism. (Unless continental). To me, it’s only a dream. But people by a fair margin think owning guns will protect them if the govt won’t or can’t. We all are currently carrying a certain amount o of fear and angst these days. Only in the minds empty of ideas is gun ownership going to save the nation. When was the last time some one pulled out their Glock and saved a classroom? As I wrote this I get more perturbed at the idiotic, simple minded, uni dimensional solutions we get from politicians. Ill be posting a few items to try and bring some reality to this. At least from my POV.
And now for something a bit more emblematic of how we should really take Trumps bid for the Presidency.
